Subject:                                     ECF Finance Council Meeting, 28 April 2018 - requests re the agenda

 

Dear Mike (as Chairman of ECF Council),

 

Please could I request the following:

 

1.       That the following text is added to item 12 of the minutes for the 2017 AGM -
Andrew Leadbetter and Angus French both commented that Council had not been provided with a breakdown of the 2015/16 actuals, as would normally have appeared in the budget details spreadsheet for 2017/18. David Eustace undertook to provide the missing figures.

2.       That the information requested above be provided, as was agreed?

3.       That, since Council has been asked to approve the 2016/17 accounts, the Finance Director’s report is updated to include a review of the spending decisions made at the 2016 Finance Council meeting for that period.

4.       That the Finance Director’s report is updated to include a review of expenditure to date for 2017/18 with particular reference to spending decisions made at the 2017 Finance Council meeting for that period.

5.       That a report is provided by the Finance Committee which reviews the accounts for 2016/17, the accounts to date for 2017/18 and the budget for 2018/19?
